Keen is not a registered financial advisor. Nothing Keen tells you is investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. Use your own judgment.
bill negotiation is best-effort
Keen will negotiate with your service providers on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee any specific savings outcome. Providers may decline, delay, or change terms at any time.
negotiation fee
We charge a one-time $10 fee per successfully negotiated bill, billed only after the savings are confirmed. If we don't save you money on a bill, you don't pay the fee.
21-day money-back guarantee
If Keen Pro doesn't save you at least $15 in your first 21 days, text us and we'll refund your subscription in full. The guarantee applies to your first month only.
cancellation
Text Keen "cancel" at any time to cancel your Pro subscription. You will retain Pro access through the end of your current billing period.
acceptable use
Don't use Keen to commit fraud, harass other people, or violate any law. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that misuse the service.
